Sprint/Iteration track upon work left/complete
This chart in ‘Track Chart’ on Sprint/Iteration level displays 3 curves:
1. Information about Team Velocity (perfect hours or other estimation units done during a day) for each day of sprint/iteration (green line).
2. Information about deviation from ideal project progress skipping Change Requests appeared during development (magenta line).
3. Information about deviation from ideal project progress taking into account Change Requests appeared during development (blue line).
All three curves can be calculated for coding progress, testing progress or the whole development progress depending on selection of radio-button below the chart.
For ‘Track upon work left’ and ‘Track upon work complete’ extrapolation is automatically calculated and displayed by dotted lines. The extrapolation is based on average daily done time and left scope.
