Upgrading Sprintometer Server
To upgrade your Sprintometer Web Service installation to a newer version, perform the following procedure.
1. Make a backup of the installation directory and Sprintometer database in SQL Server.
2. Uninstall previous version of Sprintometer Web Service using Add/Remove Programs. Note that this will only remove the application files and IIS virtual directory. SQL Server database will not be deleted.
3. Install the new version following the installation instructions. Select the same SQL Server as was used by the previous version. The existing database will be upgraded, old data will be preserved.
4. Enjoy the new version of Sprintometer Web Service.
